What to expect

Step 1: Book a free 30-minute call.
In this mini-session, I’ll start by getting to know a little bit about you and what it is you really want…what matters most to you.
Everything you share is always 100% confidential.
You’ll get a chance to see what positive psychology coaching feels like and decide if it’s right for you.

Step 2: Attend our 1:1 sessions.
We’ll start each session by defining what you want to accomplish.
I’ll help you tap into the strengths and resources you already have by using tools, exercises, and questions to move you towards your goal in ways that support your overall wellbeing.
We’ll create a plan with manageable steps for you to take between sessions and practice some strategies to overcome any hurdles that might come up.

Step 3: Take Action!
Between sessions you’ll put your plan into action, noticing what’s working for you and what we might want to change.
After each session, I’ll send you follow-up emails with some helpful thoughts and tips to help keep you motivated and on track.
Videoconference Sessions
I work with people all over the world by video conference.
In-person Sessions
I offer in-person sessions to clients in the Boulder, Longmont, and Denver area (COVID restrictions permitting).
Outdoor Walk-and-talk Sessions

A more detailed action plan with goal-values alignment and goal mapping.
